Due to current circumstances there will be a private Funeral Service. I used to know John when I lived in Gloucester. He was a lovely man with a very dry sense of humour. He ran a little jazz band in the Victory Club in Cheltenham and now and again he'd ask me to play piano with those jazz stalwarts. Sorry to hear he has passed but a privilege to have known him.

I'm sorry to hear of John's death Ivy was my cousin her mother Ethel was my mums sister I would dearly love to get in touch with Caroline there daughter as I had my daughter Sharon about the same time we tried to get in touch on FB
