Patricia FlorenceGARNER(née Hewitt formerly Whelan) (Pat) Passed away peacefully at Royal Derby Hospital on 25th May 2025, aged 86 years.

Beloved wife of the late Harry, much loved mum of Michael and Ruth, mother in law to Yvonne and Darren, treasured grandma to Georgina, Patrick, James and Christina and great grandma to Louie and Charlie.

She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends.

'A Celebration of Life' will take place at The Great Northern, Station Road, Mickleover, Derby DE3 9FB on Friday 27th June 12.30pm - 4.00pm.

Please wear something bright to reflect Pat's love of colour and flowers.

Donations in Pat's memory are to benefit 'Cystic Fibrosis Trust' and can be made on the day.

You were such an icon, an amazing aunty to my late mum (Anne) and also my late dad (Steve) they absolutely adored you, as we did. I’m going to miss speaking with you on the phone (for bloody hours!) and I’m going to miss meeting up for food and chats.
Dan says real legends are not made they’re born, and that was you Aunty Pat! We love and miss you, we are blessed you were our family x Rachael, Dan, Freya and Daisy x

Our beautiful great auntie Pat! Such a wonderful lady, full of personality and always a pleasure to spend time with. We will miss her very much, there is definitely a new star in the sky 🌟
