Robert ShakespeareGEORGEIn hospital on 1st September 2018, Robert aged 54 years of Clayton-le-Moors and formerly of Birmingham. The dearly loved partner of Annette, dear Godfather of Jaden and Pagan-Rose, brother of Michael, brother-in-law of Hannah, uncle to Thomas and Daniel and a dear friend to many. Robert was a well known local character who spent many happy hours socialising in the local pubs, especially the Royal Oak. He was an avid collector of model cars, dragons and zippo lighters and being a lover of all things electronic, he was a whizz on the computer. An ex-motorcyclist, Robert was also a semi-professional photographer. He had amazing camera skills and loved to take photos of wildlife and nature. Cats were his favourite and he always had pet cats in the home. Robert was a member of St Mary's RC Church and for the last three years he was a Knight of St. Columba. All family and friends are welcome at the mass at St. Mary's RC Church. Flowers are welcome and donations may be made in memory of Robert to St. Mary's RC Church and The Knights of Columbia (Accrington Branch). Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 11th September 2018 at St. Mary's RC Church, Rishton at 2pm followed by committal at Accrington Crematorium at 3pm.
