Doris MayGOWANSIt is with great sadness on Wednesday 10th July 2024, Doris passed away peacefully whilst in the dedicated care of the Ladysmith Care Home in Grimsby aged 91 years. Doris was the much-loved wife of the late Dave Gowans, a devoted mum of Stephen, Dawn and David and a beloved mother-in-law of Chris, Emma, and the late Derrick. Doris was also an adored nanna of Hattie, Neil, Stuart, Ewen, Andy, Mike and Ashley, a treasured great-nanna of Alfie, Talulah, Oliver, Lawrence, Georgia, Bethany, Skye, Arran, Billy and Fergus, a great-great-nanna to Nera and a dear Auntie and Friend to many. Doris will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A service to celebrate Doris's life will take place on Friday 26th July 2024 at 1:30pm at the Grimsby Crematorium.
All floral tributes will be greatly received in Doris's memory.
