Dearly loved and missed by all his family.

Cremation service to take place in the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Cemetery and Cardiff Crematorium, on Wednesday 14 October at 3:30pm.

Family flowers only on request. Donations if desired can be made to Welsh Air Ambulance Charitable Trust.

We cannot thank the team of people that did everything they could to save Dad's life, enough. The compassion and professionalism of everyone involved were so heartwarming. We will miss Dad terribly but know that he lived his best life, in perilous circumstances, to the full. RIP Dad/Grandad. xx
