Mark PatrickHAMILTONSadly, passed away 7th May 2025 at St Luke's Hospice, surrounded by his family, aged 54 years.

Beloved husband to Lynne, beloved father to Ben and Shellbey, adored pops to Ted, Rowan and Freja, and loved son to Mary and Dougie. Loved and missed by all who surrounded him.

Funeral Service to be held Thursday 22nd May 2025 at The Park Crematorium, Ceremony Room 1 at 1pm.

Family flowers only. Donations in memory will benefit Macmillan Nurses & St Luke's Hospice and can be made via retiring collection or via www.plymouthfuneraldirectors.com under Funeral Notices.
