Antonia was my MSc Thesis Supervisor back in 2016, and working with her was one of the most memorable experiences of my career. It was my first time applying academic Geophysics in a commercial setting, and she made that transition feel exciting rather than daunting. She was endlessly patient, deeply human, and went above and beyond to make sure I delivered my best work. We even ended up publishing my work together, which I'm very proud of.

She had a wonderful energy that extended beyond the office... often ending the day at the pub! A truly special person. My deepest condolences to her family and all who knew her.

Antonia, you will always be remembered by me.

I first met her during my interview, where she was one of the interviewers. Even today, I remember one of the questions she asked me—it has stayed with me ever since and always will.

We later became colleagues while working together in Bedford. I learned so much from her. She possessed an incredible depth of knowledge and shared it generously with those around her. Looking back, I feel fortunate to have witnessed what was probably the peak of her remarkable career.

To me, Antonia was a mentor. She was down-to-earth, approachable, and always an inspiration. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness.

One memory that has stayed with me is from one of our summer office BBQs. When she met my daughter, she simply said, "She is gorgeous." It wasn't just the words—it was the warmth and sincerity with which she said them. It came straight from the heart, and it is a moment I will always treasure.

I haven't seen Antonia since 2020, after my job relocation took me elsewhere and our paths never crossed again. But her influence, her kindness, and the memories I have of her will remain with me forever.

Rest in peace, Antonia. You will be deeply missed.

Hey beautiful. We had some crossed words. But you were always in my thoughts. You were always you, and a wonderful, intelligent shining light. I miss you and I never stopped loving you my friend. I will always hold you dear and know that you truly were so beautiful.
Im sorry I didnt reach out, this will always haunt me. But know this. You are a star, you will always shine brilliantly and know that whatever happened you were always loved and my true friend.
Sleep well angel. Shine brightly and one day, I look forward to playing endless games of Sensible Soccer with you.

All my love,
Skye
