Alan DavidHAYESDied peacefully on Aug 18, 2014, aged 67 at home with his family around him, beloved husband of Gloria, devoted father of Samantha and Sarah, son-in-laws Robert and Simon, much loved gramps to Adam, Joshua, Nicholas, Jacob, Finlay, Georgia and Poppy, much loved brother of Graham, Susan, Christine, Jacqueline, Janice and Andrew, loved and respected brother-in-law, uncle and great-uncle to numerous to mention. Alan was an inspiration to us all, he will be sadly missed. Rest in peace. Resting at the private funeral home of J.Pidgeon & Son, 539 Cowbridge Road East, Victoria Park, Cardiff until the service at St Peters Church, Dinas Powys on Wednesday Aug 27 at 12.30pm, afterwards to Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Port Road East, Barry. Family flowers only, donations if desired to ward West One, Llandough Hospital which will be collected at the Church.
