Phil, you were my very best friend when we were all young. We shared so many adventures together, you, me Matt, Paul and Ben from white water rafting down the afan llewyd river, to crossing the same river on a home made boatswain's chair. I remember your first car, a red ford consul. It was our Sweeney car, and you manouvred it around the area like a stunt man, with the rest of us as extras from the show. And when we were older, I had the chance to introduce my wife Karen to you and Robert during a delightful holiday spent in Truro. I am sorry I was not there in later years. I am sorry we lost touch. Life gets busy and friends lose touch, but rest assured, you have always been in my thoughts and always will be. Rest well old friend x
