JohnHAZELDINEPeacefully at rest surrounded by his loving family on 22nd May 2025 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. John aged 80 years of Madeley. A much loved husband of Anne, a loving dad of John, Dave and Ann-Marie, a dear father in law of Ruth, Demelza and Dave, a treasured grandad and great grandad, also a cherished brother and uncle.
John will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral service and cremation to be held at Bradwell Crematorium on Wednesday 18th June 2025 at 12.40pm. Will all relatives please accept this the only intimation, friends wishing to attend please meet at the crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations preferred to the Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
