Francis WilliamHENESYFrank passed away in his sleep at home, with his beloved wife Josie beside him. Much loved Father of Janette, Nicola, Joanne & Stephen. Cherished Grandfather of Caroline, Hannah, Tom, Matt, Sam, Chloe. Bex, Liv & Jess. Dear Brother to Alf, Margaret, Kenny, Joan, Chas & Joey. Remembered fondly by his Sons in law Tony & Paul & Daughter in law Karen. Frank will be fondly remembered by family & friends as a lovely man, kind & helpful to others. He was a loving Husband & Father who liked nothing better than spending time with his family. A day never went by without telling his wife he loved her. He has left behind a garage full of stuff for his family (who have no idea what to do with it - except for the Rupert Annuals) because he didn't want to throw anything away in case it came in handy.. He loved to make people smile & was an expert at one liners! He wasn't afraid to be silly & his family loved that about him. We can't forget to mention his love of sport, in particular his lifelong support of Liverpool Football Club. He would often shout at the TV because he was so caught up in the game he was watching. He will be missed more than words can say.....YNWA On Friday 6th October, a Mass will be held at 12.15pm in The Holy Family Church, Mackets Lane followed by Committal in the Rosemary Chapel at Springwood at 1.30pm. If coming to the Mass or Committal, in memory of Frank's love for LFC, you may choose to wear an LFC badge in his honour. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Marie Curie STARS 207994 to thank them for their care. Dad, where do I start. I have so many great memories to keep me going.
One day I’ll be able to look back on them without any sadness ( I hope).
Life is very different now but we’ll all be fine as I know that’s how you would have wanted it and don’t worry we’ll all look after Mum and each other.
I’ll miss our footy chats and your humour, you always tried to make us laugh even unintentionally at times.
Our night out watching the ‘Istanbul’ final will always be the best and I’ve still to see us win that Cup without you by my side.
Thanks for being the best Grandad to Liv and Jess and Father-in-Law to Karen, you made her so welcome to our family from day one.
We all love you and will miss you every day.
