Barbara Mary MargaretHENRYPassed peacefully away at her home on Wednesday 22nd May 2024 aged 95 years, in the comfort of her home, loved and supported by her family. Dearly loved wife of the late William (Bill) Laughton. Much loved sister to Alistair and the late Veronica. Loving mum to Bill, Mark and the late Bridget. Much loved Mother-in-law to Christine, Tracey and Dennis. Adoring Nanny to Laura, Elaine, James, Alice, Charlotte, Jenny, Hayley and William. Great Grandchildren Amelie, Zachary, Luke, Bethany, Oscar, Grant and Ryan. Barbara left this world in the same way that she lived, quietly and with great dignity. Always proud of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, selfless and hardworking and always loving. Barbara will be greatly missed but her love and light will live on forever in the hearts of her ever growing family. "Reunited once more with her darling Bill". Barbara's Requiem Mass will take place at St Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, 75 Knighton Road, Leicester LE2 3HN on Thursday 13th June at 10.00am followed by burial at Gilroes Cemetery, Groby Road, Leicester.
