Only son of the late Jack and Violet Hill of Holbrooks
Dear father of James and Lucy, step father of Daniel and Alice Wetton, and a dear friend of Cherie and Jack.
Funny and sometimes naughty grandad of Heath, Ollie, Alfie, Archie and Max - who chose the photograph!
Beloved big brother and lifelong tormentor of Jackie, Christine, Elaine and Yvonne. Brother in law of Del.
Loved uncle of Rachel, Chris, Kelly, Laura, Greg, Jamie, Sarah and Johnny
Mark was a clever, compassionate man, with a sense of humour second to none.
He was no follower of fashion.
He spent the last 30 years of his working life helping others within the Mental Health sector (NHS St Michael's Hospital Warwick and Harry Salt House, Coventry).
After retiring at 64, six months later he returned to the job he loved and to Eden Place, Milverton. Finally retiring in September 2023 due to ill health.

He will be remembered for his kindness quick wit and his hats! Last summer after complaining that he would not be at his own funeral, he had three 'living' wakes

There is to be no funeral at his own request.
Family and friends are welcome to a celebration of his life at The Hare and Hounds, Watery Lane, Keresley, CV7 8JA
