Devoted Husband of Eva, much loved Dad to John, Father-in-Law to Mandy, very dear Grandad to Ryan, loving Brother to Bill and the late Terry.
Jack was a dear friend to many and will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Funeral Service to be held at Rochdale Crematorium on Tuesday 5th March at 2.00pm.
