KateHOLMESRichard and family would like to thank most sincerely all relatives friends and neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy, letters and cards of condolence received in their recent bereavement of a much loved wife, mum, step-mum, grandma and great grandma. The attendance of so many at Kate's service was of great comfort and support for the whole family, as are the donations given for Kirkwood Hospice. Thanks are expressed to all the Doctors at Oaklands Health Centre, Macmillan Nurses, Kirkwood Hospice and carers for all the care given to Kate. A special thank you to Rev Canon Sean Robertshaw for his kind words and comforting service, to all at Radcliffe Funeral Service for their help and support with the funeral arrangements and to Dusty and staff at the Wooldale Arms.
