Jean PatriciaHOPKINSJean Patricia Hopkins (née Ball) died peacefully at home on Friday 21st July 2023. Jean was the dearly beloved wife of Laurence Neil Hopkins, mother of Jacqueline and Richard, grandmother of Meghan, Edward, Adam and Thomas, and sister of Christine and the late Audrey. Her family and friends will love and miss her forever. Jean made such a difference to many other people too, including her pupils at St Peter's Catholic Primary School, Bloxwich, where she taught until 1995, and her pupils at St Augustine's Catholic Primary Academy, Meir, where she taught until 2000. Her funeral service will be held at 1.15pm on Wednesday 16th August at Carmountside Crematorium, Leek Road, Milton, Stoke on Trent ST2 7AB. All those wishing to attend are welcome to meet at the Crematorium. The family request no flowers but those wishing to make a donation may do so to St Augustine's Church, Meir.
