ElizabethHOPKINSIn Loving Memory of Our Mum

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mum,
who died peacefully at the age of 94.

Mum lived a wonderfully full and rewarding life. She embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm, kindness
and an enduring sense of adventure. Over her 94 years, she travelled extensively around the world,
making treasured memories and lifelong friendships wherever she went. She believed that life was to be lived to the fullest, and she did exactly that.

Family was always at the centre of her life. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, whose love, encouragement and gentle wisdom touched generations. Her home was always a welcoming place,
filled with warmth, laughter and the aroma of her delicious home baking. Her cakes became legendary among family and friends, and many special occasions were made even more memorable because of her thoughtful touch.

Her Christian faith was a constant source of strength and comfort throughout her life.
She was a faithful member of her church family, where she found friendship, fellowship and purpose.
Her quiet faith was reflected in the way she treated others-with compassion, generosity and genuine concern.
Those who knew Mum will remember her infectious smile, her positive outlook, her kindness,
and her ability to make people feel valued. She leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience and generosity
that will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Although our hearts are heavy with loss, we are deeply grateful for the many wonderful years we shared with her. We take comfort in knowing that she lived a long, rich and meaningful life, surrounded by the love
of her family, friends and church community.
She will be greatly missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in our hearts.
