PatriciaHORSFALL(Whickham) Peacefully surrounded by her family on 10th October 2024, aged 77 years, Pat, adored mam of Tracey and Paul, dear mother-in-law of Giorgio and Cath, precious nanna of Natasha, Daniel, Luciana, Francesca and Luca also loving great nanna.

Would friends please meet for Service and Cremation at Saltwell Crematorium, Gateshead on Monday 21st October at 3.15pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Chase Park, Whickham.

The family would like to thank everyone who cared for Pat at Chase Park.

Never been more honoured to be part of someone’s life, even if just for a short time. Always to be counted on for wonderful advice and a laugh and definitely a little bit of naughtiness. Rest in peace you wonderful lady xx
