Mary VioletHOUGHTONSadly passed away on 11th January 2025, aged 93 years. She will be dearly missed be her daughter Valerie, her sons Malcolm, Alan, Colin and Dennis. By all of her family, friends and by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. Funeral Service will take place at St. Stephens the Martyr Church, Rednal on Tuesday 11th February 2025 at 12:30pm, followed by interment at Old Bromsgrove Cemetery at 2:00pm. Family flowers only as donations are preferred and these can be gifted either online or as you leave the Service to either Macmillan Cancer Support or Dementia UK.

So sad to be writing this Nan,
I have lots of lovely memories of us,going on holiday with you and staying at yours watching films till late,and chatting about the "olden" days.I remember meeting you from work at the 3 cooks northfield, and going shopping with you.You was well loved at the 3 cooks by the staff and customers.

Oh nan it doesn’t feel right writing this when you should be here to tell. I have so many fond memories of you but my favourite is coming to see you at work the 3 cooks in Northfield, you always had a smile on your face and would greet me with ‘ alright our cocker’ now in the loving arms of grandad, aunty Pam and Hayley. Forever loved and missed always. I love you xxxx

Can't believe you're gone Nan. I'll always remember you looking after me and the laughs we had together. Spoiling me behind mom's back and telling me not to tell her and us sharing a bag of chips in the park. Ay up son, you used to say when I came to see you and you'd always feed me up with tiny little cakes. I have so many memories of you I could go on forever. I know you'll be watching over me and until we meet again, love you Nan you'll never know how much you'll be missed. Ollie xxx
