Charles WoodburyHOWE(Ex Cardiff City Council) Charles passed away peacefully at the Grange Hospital on Monday 2nd December, aged 91 years young. Adored husband of the late Marlene, wonderful father to Jane and a beloved father-in-law to Julie. Dearly loved brother of Joyce and the late John, Doreen, Marie, Tony and Shirley. A much loved brother-in-law and uncle to his nieces and nephews. Charles will be greatly missed by his loving family and many friends. Funeral will take place at 11.30am on Monday 23rd December at The Church of the Resurrection, Grand Avenue, Ely, Cardiff, where Charles was a lifelong member, followed by burial at 12.30pm in Western Cemetery, Ely, Cardiff. Charles always said, 'The colour yellow brought sunshine into his life' and would like those attending to wear a dash of this colour. Cut flowers only please, or donations if desired may be sent to Marie Curie, Holme Tower, Penarth, Cardiff in honour of his beloved soulmate Marlene, together now for eternity.
