I first met Ken when I was 8 years old. I am 62 now! We moved to Coventry which was a far cry from where we previously lived. We had to rent a flat above Tudor Shoes a couple doors up from Mrs Parr’s shop and the chippy!
I would go into the florist’s and talk to Ken and look at all the flowers.
He was wonderful to me, kind. Which I will never forget. Whenever I have driven past the shop which must be in the thousands over the years I remember the kindness he showed me.
Bless you Ken…🌹
