Matthew PatrickHUDSONIt is with great sadness we announce Matthew, aged 73 years of Miles Platting passed away on Thursday December 6th with dignity, in hospital after a long illness fought with great courage, surrounded by his loving family. Fortified by Rites of Holy Mother Church. A Precious and devoted husband to Mary. The Loving and cherished Dad of Tracey, Sarah, Debbie, Paula, Rebecca and the late Kerry (now reunited). Also the Special Dad and true friend of his only son Matthew junior. A dearly loved Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle and cousin. Also a Caring and adored Grandad, who will be deeply missed but always remembered by his family and friends. On Thursday December 13th, Matthew will be received into the Roman Catholic Church of St Patrick, Livesey Street, Collyhurst for Requiem Mass at 11.00am and will be laid to rest at St Joseph's Cemetery Moston.
