Keith and I have been friends for years, we first met towards the end of our schooling and more so in our late teens. We would meet up with others of our age in the bar at the Trearddur Bay Hotel for the odd tipple, on occasion walking home after missing the last bus to Holyhead, having said this Keith was lucky enough to have the use of his Dads car at times If I recall it was the old 1100.

Keith married Babs and I married Jane and over the following years the four of us spent several weekends over the years in each other’s company both in Colwyn and Manchester. I remember one occasion many years ago Keith and I sitting on our living room floor, a new book in hand (Truly tasteless jokes book 1 and 2) both in pain and stiches through laughing so much when reading them out loud, both Jane and Babs looking on, you could see in their eyes “what a pair of idiots”

Happy Times, they both are and will be greatly missed. Two people who had their lives cut short they will stay in our memories, sleep well my friends.

Sympathy to Lee and Toz for their loss on this sad occasion.

Love Peter and Jane.
