Helena PatricaHUNTPat passed away peacefully on Thursday 1st October aged 82. Pat was the wife of Glyn, mum to Julie, mother in law to David, grandmother to Kirstie, Abbie & Jamie and great grandmother to her three great granddaughters. Pat was loved by so many and will be missed dearly. Thanks to the staff at Willowbrook nursing home for the care that was given to Pat these last few months.

Mum 3 years since you left us I think about you all the time I try and stay strong for everybody its just so hard I would do anything to talk to you again ❤️
The girls are doing well both settled with partners x
Jamie still loves his football he's in year 9 now x
Nila is into football now she loves cardiff she even plays in a team x
Aria is into her princesses she loves cinderlla x
Hollie is the bossy one she in school full time now x
