Bernard AnthonyJACKSONPeacefully passed away after a short illness bravely fought, on January 27th 2019, aged 72 years of Ashley. Beloved husband of Lyn, a much loved dad, grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service, 12 noon on Tuesday, 12th February 2019 at Our Lady & St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Ashley, followed by Interment in the Churchyard. Family flowers only, but donations if so desired to be divided between the Haywood Hospital Rehabilitation Ward and Ashley District Nurses, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
