Roy was one of nicest men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. We worked together at HRI when I was there in the late 90s and 2000s. I have not seen him in a long time as I am out of the country but I will always remember him with a big smile on his face. A true gentleman who I am sure will be sadly missed by his family, friends and anyone whoever was lucky enough to meet him.
