DerekJACOBS(of Glenholt Park). Peacefully passed away on Saturday 2nd February 2019, at Derriford Hospital aged 74, surrounded by his family. Sadly missed by his wife Annie, two daughters Theresa and Karen, son Kevin and sons-in-law Roy and Rod, daughter-in-law Shannah and his five grandchildren, Laura, Kimberley, Tom, Chloe and Harrison. Funeral Service to be held at, Weston Mill Crematorium on Wednesday 20th February at 11.30am, followed by drinks at The Queens Inn, Tamerton Folliot. Family flowers only, donations if desired will be collected after the service. As per Derek's wishes please wear a splash of blue. We will all be looking for the brightest star in the sky.
