Zdzislawa JozefaJAGIELLO(Sylvia) Passed away peacefully at Foxton Grange Care Home on Wednesday 12th June 2019. Beloved Wife of the late Wladyslaw. Mother to Teresa, Elizabeth and Kevin. Grandmother to Vanda and Andrew, Robert and Edward, Jade, Sascha and Tara, also Great Grandmother to Valentina, she will be deeply missed by all that knew her. Funeral mass will be held at St Josephs Roman Catholic Church, Goodwood Road on Tuesday 2nd July at 10am followed by burial at Gilroes Cemetery.
