Lawrence JohnJEFFERYIt is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the passing of Lawrence John Jeffery, who passed away suddenly & peacefully on Thursday 27th of March.

Beloved daddy to Jade, Amy, James & stepdad to Lauren. Cherished bampie to Gabrielle, Tristan & Eva. Younger and loved brother of Sally & Raph.

A memorial service to celebrate Lawrence's life will be held at Swansea Crematorium (Morriston) on Friday the 2nd of May at 2pm.

Lawrence was known for his love for scaffolding & dogs. He loved nothing more than getting up early to start a day of grafting. He took people as they came, had a good heart & always said it as it is.

We're having a little get-together after the funeral to celebrate Lawrence's life. We'd love for you to join us for drinks at The Railway Inn (Killay) or if you'd prefer to go elsewhere to raise a drink for him that's perfectly fine.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lawrence's memory may be made to British Heart Foundation.

I've known Lawrence since I was 12 , 45 yrs now , playing darts in his parents house, school discos, youth club , he was a little f---er back then 🙈🤣, him and robbie Mathew's were thick as thieves , as we grew up , darts were a passion ❤️, so we joined the gower league playing at the railway Killay where we had a formidable team and were champions for many years to come, egg, Lawrence, Conway, tapper, jed, myself, jumper , mark Godfrey, Roy lang, Paul Davies, Patrick, yogi , budgee, Kevin stock, Bruce hall, and many many more , everyone of us could say a funny story about Lawrence ❤️,or how he helped one of us out , a great character, a great friend, a great loss , rest in peace my friend, until we meet again ❤️❤️

Such sad news, so many fun memories of Lawrence when we were growing up in upper Killay, we had the best childhood and we were always up to mischief, you will be sadly missed.

Lawrence was funny, witty with a real twinkle in his eyes. Naughty and mischevious like a child who loved animals. If you were his friend there was nothing he wouldn’t do to help you. My sincere sympathies to his family and all who knew and loved him.
