NicholasJEWITT(Nick) Passed away suddenly at home on 10th March 2019 aged 43 years. Nick will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends. A service will be held in the large chapel Chanterlands Crematorium on Friday 22nd March at 11.30am. Family flowers only please, but donations for Huntington's Disease may be left at the service.
