Peacefully at home on 4th October 2014, aged 82 years, John, beloved husband of the late Freda, father of Helen and John, father-in-law of Alan and Ann, grandfather of David, Eloise, Victoria and Charlotte. Would friends please meet for service and cremation at West Road Crematorium, Newcastle on Wednesday 15th October at 1.30pm, then afterwards all welcome to The Rose and Crown, Winlaton. Family flowers only please, a retiring collection will be taken at the end of service in aid of The Marie Curie Cancer Care. Always in our hearts and will be sadly missed. R.I.P.
