A service of thanksgiving at Kirkheaton Parish Church on Tuesday 11th April at 1.15pm preceded by cremation at Huddersfield Crematorium at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if wished are to be shared between the Alzheimer's Society and Southfield Court Care Home c/o Radcliffe Funeral Service, The Lindens, New Road, Kirkheaton, HD5 0JB or a donation box will be available at the service.
