DereckJOHNSTONJOHNSTON - DERECK Vina, Cal, Jane and John sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy and support during their sudden loss. Heartfelt thanks to Chris and Dawn, next door neighbours, whose help meant so much, also Carol and Ron, sister and brother-in-law, for their continual support over the last four years. Our thanks to Canon David H. Rees, St. Melyd Church, for his words of comfort and lovely service and to all those people who attended, including many of Dereck's fellow choristers of Cor Meibion Trelawnyd. You all helped in making the service so memorable. Grateful thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists at Park House Surgery, for their wonderful care and help and to Andrew Bennett, Cardiac Nurse at Glan Clwyd Hospital for his constant care and support, also Jenny. £1,252 was generously donated to the British Heart Foundation, in Dereck's memory.
