PatJONESPeacefully passed away at Ty Eirin Care Home on Sunday, 23rd April 2017, Pat of Dinas (formerly of Cymmer). Dearly loved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunty. Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral on Friday, 5th May, service at Glyntaff Crematorium at 11.15 am. Floral tributes may be sent to Humphreys Funeral Home, 123 North Road, Porth.
