Jonah! I only found out in 2020. On my first day at a new school back in 1960 you and Bucky, Rog T, Steve Thom galloped up to me and asked if I wanted to play and gave me a nickname that stayed with me for years and years. How kind you all were.
RIP Jonah, my first and only best friend. Moony.

I have nothing but really good, happy memories of Mr Jones. He was kind, but also firm when he needed to be - the perfect balance in a teacher. He earned the respect of every former pupil I know that remembers him - and that’s an awful lot of people.

My deepest sympathy to all of his family at this time - I only hope you can take comfort in the love and respect clearly evident from so many people.

Rest in Peace Sir - Heaven has captured a great!
