AdamJONESIt is with great sadness, the family announce the sudden passing of Azy Jay aged 42 years of Macclesfield, on
Sunday 7th June 2026.
Dearly loved partner of Sheryl, much loved dad of Harvey and Oliver and loving brother of Rick, Eilidh, Nicholas, Vanessa and Natalie.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
The funeral will take place on Friday 3rd July 2026 with a Celebration of his Life at
Macclesfield Crematorium at 11.00am.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent for Kyle's Legacy.
