Raymond ChristopherKEENANWe are heartbroken to share that yesterday (Thursday 17th July 2025 aged 78 years) we said goodbye to our cherished grandad. He passed away peacefully-surrounded by those who loved him.
He was so much to so many-a devoted husband of Ann. Treasured dad of Paul and Nikki. Dear father in law of Jon and Dianna. Proud grandad of Charley, Fletcher, Jack, Isla and Finlay. Loved brother of Barry and the late Kathy. Loving brother in law of Ally. Dearly loved nephew of Margaret and a loved uncle of all his nephew and nieces.
His warmth, kindness and strength touched all around him. Whether it was through his stories, his laughter, or simply his presence, he made the world better just by being in it.
After a long stay in hospital, we truly believed we had more time. His passing has come suddenly, and our hearts are broken.
Would all please meet for funeral service at West Road Crematorium on Friday 1st August at 11.45am.
Family flowers only please but donations gratefully received on behalf of Guide Dogs for the Blind and The National Autistic Society a collection box will be available following the service.
