Passed away suddenly on Thursday 16th January 2025 in hospital with family, aged 87 years.
A funeral service to celebrate her life will take place on Wednesday 26th February 2025 at 3.15pm at Canley Crematorium, Charter Chapel, 180 Cannon Hill Road Coventry, CV4 7DF.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to Cancer Research UK or Alzheimer's Research UK.
As Pat would have wished, the family kindly requests attendees to wear colourful clothing - no black ties, please.
