Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday 2nd September at
The Church of St Vincent de Paul (Nechells) B7 4JY at 10:30am,
followed by committal at Woodlands Crematorium B46 1DP, 12:00pm.
Phyliss will be received into church on Tuesday 1st September for those who wish to attend.
Flowers are welcome, or if desired a donation box will be available at the end of service
if you wish to make a donation in memory of Phyliss to Dementia UK.
