Mark AlanKITCHINGIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mark Alan Kitching at the young age of 64 on 12th April 2025. He died from oesophageal cancer bravely borne with stoism and grace, his quiet bravery making us so proud.

Mark and his lovely wife Sarah were well known and loved in Camberley. Everyone who met Mark remarked on his kind, fun nature. He thrived on making everyone smile and having a laugh and would help anyone who needed it. He was a popular man with many friends. His great loves in life were Sarah, his family, comedy and Elvis.

Mark spent his life on the Old Dean Estate. When he was younger he helped his Dad, George, with his scrap car business and was a familiar face down the scrap yard. He loved helping his Mum, Mavis, and was a massive support for her with shopping, gardening and playing with all the children. He was the best son, brother and uncle to all of his family. He also volunteered at a children's nursery and Frimley Hospital Cafe. He married his childhood sweetheart and love of his life Sarah Kitching, née Eastwood, in 2014 and they lived together at Ballard Court. They especially enjoyed coach trips away on holiday. They spent many happy afternoons at the Ian Goodchild in Knoll Road and made good use of their bus passes getting out and about. A funeral service will be held at St Peters, Frimley Green, GU16 8JT on Tuesday 20th May at 12:30. All are welcome to attend.

As a family we thank God for blessing us with him, the most marvellous man. We love and miss him so much. We want to say "Mark, you are the best son, the best husband, the best brother, the best uncle, best friend and best man that ever did was.

We love you. God bless you. And remember, "you're mum's best egg!"
