Peacefully in Hospital, aged 44 years.

Dearly loved and darling Daughter of Henry and Eileen, much loved Sister of Paul and Mark, a loving Sister-in-law of Emma and Debbie and special Auntie of Dan.

"Jo, you were our world, you will be missed so very much, we love you always and forever"

Please wear something blue for Jo.

Service and cremation at Springwood Crematorium (Rosemary Chapel) on Wednesday 30th April, 3pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired in memory of Joanne to the Fernley Resource Centre, Blundell Avenue, Freshfield Formby, L37 1PH
