SusanLANDOn November 24th 2017, peacefully at Kirkwood Hospice, Susan aged 72 years. Much loved mum of David and Mark, proud and doting grandma of Amelia, Megan and Alex, mother in law of Lisa and Jo and a great friend to many. Funeral service and cremation at Huddersfield Crematorium on Tuesday 12th December at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if wished may be given for Kirkwood Hospice c/o Radcliffe Funeral Service, 16 Westgate, Honley, Holmfirth, HD9 6AA or a donation box will be available at the service. Will friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium.
