MyrtleLARMANMyrtle passed away peacefully on Wednesday 6th July at Macclesfield Hospital aged 75.

The cherished wife of the late Alan, mother to Andrea and Dawn and adoring Nan of Oliver, Samuel, Benjamin and Lucian, as well as loved mother-in-law to Nathan.

Myrtle will be lovingly remembered for her kindness, strength of character and love of martial arts. She will be sadly missed by those who knew her.

There will be a private cremation, at Myrtle’s request, and a ‘celebration of life’ will follow in the coming weeks which the family will notify friends and colleagues of.

The family are truly grateful for all the kind messages of condolences and cards that have been sent in Myrtle’s memory. We request that instead of flowers, donations can be made to www.breastcancernow.org.

The funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Jason and Abi at Larvin and Clegg Funeral Care. 20 Antrobus Street, Congleton (01260 297963) please direct all enquiries to them.

Myrtle, why did you have to die before I could give you a big hug? Awkward to the last! I never stopped caring!

This picture was taken way back in March 1995, passing my Black Belt gradings in Liverpool. Mrytle was always so proud of all her students! The years of training from Mrytle have paid off in so many ways. Discipline, confidence, and respect.

You have inspired so many people, touched many hearts, and made lots of people laugh.

You will be missed.

God bless ya x
