William ThomasLEAKEPassed away at RSUH on Saturday 30th March 2024, aged 86 years. Bill, of Lightwood, beloved husband to the late Betty, may they be reunited in peace.

Loving father to Gail and Jeff, much loved father-in-law to Sharon and the late John. Treasured grandad to James, Christopher, Clare, Adam and Jade. Best great-grandad to Georgia and Emily and a best mate to Ozzie, Willow, Meatball, Violet and Pippin. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Bill's funeral service is to be held on Thursday 2nd May 2024 at St James' Church, Longton, 1pm, followed by his burial service at Longton Private Garden of Remembrance. Mourners are kindly asked to meet at the service.

It is requested to have family flowers only, however should you wish to donate in loving memory of Bill, monies towards the Douglas Macmillan Hospice would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you.

The family extend a heartfelt welcome to join them after the service, to continuing sharing memories and stories of Bill at Caverswall Cricket Club, 108 Caverswall Road, ST3 6PJ.

Absolutely devastated to see the passing of Mr Leake, thoughts are with all the family. You can go back to dancing with Mary Bill. To all the family take comfort that he spoke about you all & loved you all so much especially the little great grandchildren. Sweet dreams Mr Leake Thankyou for the endless box of biscuits X
