Peacefully at her home Isfryn, Talwrn, Llangefni in the presence of her caring family aged 65 years. Loving wife and best friend of Michael, cherished mother of Zoe, Sam, Ben and Ellen, proud nanny of Jac, Wil, Bethan, Alys, Faye and the late James and a dear sister of David. Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
