JohnLESLIELESLIEJohn Leslie, Chief Inspector, City of Glasgow Police (retired) and latterly head of security Sullom Voe Oil Terminal, Shetland, died peacefully in Maud Hospital, Aberdeenshire, in the early hours of Tuesday, April 20, 2004, after a long illness, dearly loved father of Douglas, Carole, Evelyn, Irene and Colin, adored grandpa and great-grandpa, all families in Scotland and Canada. Lovingly cared for by his daughter Irene in his final months with exceptional care from the Health Services in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Funeral will take place on Saturday, April 24, at 9.30a.m. in Aberdeen Crematorium, Hazlehead (East Chapel). All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only, donations, if desired to The League of Friends, Maud Hospital, Bank Road, Maud, Peterhead. Peace at last dad, sleep well.
