Chloe CarolineLEWISTragically on the 18th February 2022, aged 20 years, Chloe peacefully passed away in the arms of her mother and aunty Becky after a long battle. Beloved daughter of Sarah and James, big sister to Keira and Jacob, much loved granddaughter of Caroline, Derek and the late Elvira and Alan and cherished niece and cousin. The family wish to thank Rookwood Hospital and Marie Curie Hospice for the care, dignity and respect they provided to Chloe and the family throughout. Resting at Ely Funeralcare, until the service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Wednesday 16th March at 1:15pm. Family flowers only but donations to Marie Curie Hospice may be made at the service.

You were a sister to my daughter, cousin to my son and niece to me. Last time we spoke I told you I was proud of you and that will always be the case.
