JohnLOCKWOODPam, Sarah, Anna and families wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours and former work colleagues for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and beautiful flowers received in their recent sad bereavement. The presence of so many at John's funeral service was a great support to us all and much appreciated as are the donations given for the ICU at Leeds General Infirmary. Grateful thanks to the Doctors and staff on the ICU for all their care, kindness and attention. Thanks are also extended to Christine Freeman for her visit, kind words and comforting service, Slaithwaite Cricket and Bowling Club for their hospitality, Teresa Moorhouse for the lovely buffet and to Gwen and James at Radcliffe Funeral Service for all their care, kindness and support with the funeral arrangements.
