LODGE(Born at Shirland).Passed away suddenly after a long illness during the early hours of October 25th 2001, at the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary, aged 46 years. Devoted husband to Michele, a very much loved and caring dad of Jake, Ryan, Daniel and Faith. Deeply missed.A dearly loved son, brother and uncle.
