DorothyLODGEon 1st August 2023 Peacefully at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, aged 88 years. Dearly loved wife of Don. Much loved Mum of Trudy, Julie and the late Helen, mother-in-law of Abdel & Peter. Cherished Grandma of Matthew, Alison, Christopher, Saphia, Elias, Emily, Phoebe & Maddie and Great Grandma of Charlie, Iris, Ennis & Cillian. Dearly loved by all her family and friends. Will friends please meet for the service at St Bartholomew's Church, Marsden on Wednesday 16th August at 12.00pm, to be followed by private family committal. Family flowers only please, but donations would be appreciated for Forget-Me-Not Trust for which a plate will be available after the service. Such a lovely lady. I sat for many an hour with her as she tried to make me presentable for the stage in Marsden. Sad to hear of her passing.
